Plans and billing

At the end, you know what your plan includes, and how to upgrade, pay or cancel.

To be an owner of the workspace

1. Compare the plans.

   Receiving is free on every plan.

   Free creates up to 20 new addresses a day; a paid plan creates more. Enterprise is priced with you: talk to us. When you reach a limit, Pidgeon says which one and when it resets, and Needs you warns you when you are close.

2. Upgrade in Settings.

   Only owners see billing. Open Settings and find Billing. Choose Upgrade to Pro or Startup, and pay on the page that opens; you can add a promotion code there. Your plan changes as soon as the payment is confirmed.

3. Change your card or download invoices.

   Choose Manage billing.

4. Change plan.

   To move between Pro and Startup, write to support@pidgeon.ai and we’ll switch it for you.

5. Cancel, if you need to.

   Choose Cancel plan. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then becomes Free. No mail is deleted. If more people are in the workspace than Free allows, they need to leave first. Before the period ends, you can choose to keep the plan after all.
